GGITE is managed under the aegis of Brajesh Kumar Foundation(BKF), a Charitable Public Trust. The trust was raised to commemorate noble deeds of Late Brajesh Kumar, Founder Managing Director of Ganga Dairy Ltd.

Late Janardan Prasad Singh, true philanthropist and proud father of Late Brajesh Kumar founded BKF. The trust is now functioning under the motherly patronage of Shrimati Sushama Devi, Chairperson of BKF and wife of the founder trustee.

Shri Sarvesh Kumar, who resigned from Civil Service, Govt. of India in 2010 has the vision of transforming the society through education and a person round the clock engaged with this noble mission, is the vice-president of the trust.
