The Ganga Global Institute of Teacher Education, the first B.Ed. College in the district of Begusarai was established during the academic session 2013-14, with one year B.Ed. programme with an intake of 100 (one Hundred ) students, as per norms and standards of Govt. of Bihar, Aryabhatta Knowledge University and National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE)

            It is matter of pride and great satisfaction that placement cell was formed during the very first year and many of the reputed schools like- Takshila School, Mother’s Pride International School, River Valley School, St. Joseph School , Ganga Global School e.t.c., came for the campus and selected the teacher-trainees as per their requirement and offered a job just after the examination. Institution also offered free guidance to the CTET aspirants.

            It is an honour for the college that the dignitaries from various streams-departments visited the college . Among them were Retd. CBI Director Trinath Mishra; Om Thanvi- Editor Jansatta; Prof. Samsul Islam –Delhi University, Deptt. of Political Science; Prof. N.K. Chaudhary- Patna University. Deptt. of Economics; Prof. R N R Mozumdar- St. Xavier College of Education, Patna; Prof. Ramagya Sasidhar – Dept. of Hindi B.H.U.; Prof. Susanti Mishra- Retd. Faculty of NCERT.

 

GGITE has produced continuously University Gold Medalist from the inception of the institute till date.

 

            On the whole, during the very first academic year whatever excellent achievement have been made, that is only due to the team spirit of teaching, non-teaching staff with active support from the management of Brajesh Kumar Foundation. We look forward to produce quality teachers for improving quality of life.
